For the first 3 rounds of sound clips in this review of the Mooer Bass Sweeper filter pedal, I am taking a methodical approach, going over each of the 3 knobs one by one, turning them a quarter at a time.

First, let’s check out the RANGE knob. The two other knobs, RESO and INTENSITY are in fixed positions at 12 o’clock in this round.

The groove I use to demonstrate is for the most part muted playing style, but with a few occasional ‘pops’. The bass is Fender Jazz, but the neck pickup is favored just ever so slightly – maybe by 5 – 10%.
